Terms and Conditions
1. Payment - All orders placed will be processed once
payment is completed. We will make every attempt to ship within 24-48
hours.
2. Pricing Policy - Occasionally, due to sales,
inventory changes, or clearance events, some prices may vary.
Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without
notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Descriptive,
typographic, or photographic errors are subject to corrections.
3. Refunds - Binning Outdoors prides itself on customer
service and your ultimate satisfaction. Returns will be accepted with
the original receipt for a period of 30 days from the day the order was
placed. The item must be in new, resellable condition. Defective
merchandise may be returned pre-paid shipping within the 30 day return
period for a full refund(less shipping) or replacement. Defective
merchandise that does not fall within the 30 day return period is
non-returnable. After 30 days, merchandise covered by manufacturer's
warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or
repair. Please see the manufacturers warranty on items that do not fall
within the 30 day return period. Packages returned COD will be refused.
4. Privacy Information - Your privacy is very important
to us. Any information provided by you will be strictly used for
processing payment information. We do not share your information with
anyone.
5. Shipping Information -Some items require an
additional shipping charge due to weight or quantity ordered. If you are
purchasing merchandise with additional shipping charges shown on the
item page, additional shipping charges may not be reflected in the
shipping total, but will be added to your order. Shipping and handling
charges subject to change without notice. Most orders shipping within
the continental United States with standard delivery are delivered in
3-7 business days. Weekends and U.S. holidays will delay delivery.
6. Special Orders- It is Binning Outdoors' goal to
satisfy all of your hunting and fishing needs even if the item you're
looking for is not featured on our website. Please call or email us with
details on the items you are looking for. We will do our best to fulfill
your request. Due to manufacturers requirements and/or restrictions, we
may not be able to fill all requests. Additional shipping charges may be
added to special orders. You will be notified if any additional charges
will be added. Orders shipped outside the United States will ship via
USPS International Priority Mail only.
